- Look for a home that it is near all of the amenities that you might need (pharmacy, grocery store, or any other convenience place).
- You should factor in living costs before you make the decision to purchase a home. For example, a home in Brookville will require more in heating costs than a home in other states. Decide what's most important to you, and factor it in.

Enjoy Peace and Serenity While Taking In The Amazing Water View of Oyster Bay
Both scenic
and secluded, Mill Neck named for a 17th century mill is an ideal place to live
if you're looking for an undisturbed woodland or waterfront setting. Mill Neck
has long been home to New York's wealthiest families, Rockefellers and
Vanderbilts among them.
This
residential community of fewer than 1,000 people offers a variety of homes from
single-family ranch and colonial houses in areas like Mill Neck Estates to
secluded mansions set on vast, densely-wooded forest-like lots and overlooking
scenic Mill Neck Bay. To honor the area's waterfront legacy, an annual oyster
festival is held in Theodore Roosevent Memorial Park in Oyster Bay.
